Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Spirits Training. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Course Enrollment

1.1. Booking and Confirmation: Upon booking a course, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the course, including the start date, course schedule, and any required materials.

 

1.2. Course Access: Access to course materials and the online platform will be granted once the course is confirmed and payment is received. Materials will be dispatched via email or online links according to the schedule outlined in Section 2.

 

  1. Course Materials

2.1. Dispatch Timing: Course materials are typically dispatched 48 days before the course start date to ensure participants have adequate time to prepare. These materials may include PDFs, links to online resources, and other digital content.

 

2.2. Sample Dispatch: If your course includes physical samples, they will be dispatched 48 hours before the course start date to ensure freshness and quality.

 

2.3. Delivery Method: All course materials will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct and accessible.

 

  1. Course Rescheduling and Cancellation

3.1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your course, you must notify us at least 15 days before the course start date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

 

3.2. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of booking the course. To request a refund, please contact us within this period at Admin@spiritstraining.com.

- Cancellation Outside Refund Window: If you wish to cancel your enrollment after the 14-day refund window but more than 15 days before the course start date, a credit will be offered that can be applied to an alternative course date of your choice.

- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date. In this case, rescheduling or credits may be offered at our discretion.

 

  1. Exams

4.1. Exam Scheduling: Please note that the exam for this course will not take place on the course date. Exams are booked separately and only after the completion of the course, which was originally scheduled for the start date. Once you have completed the course, you will be able to schedule your exam at a time that is convenient for you.

 

4.2. Exam Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your exam, you must do so according to the guidelines provided at the time of booking your exam. Failure to attend the scheduled exam without prior notification may result in forfeiture of the exam fee.

 

  1. Office Closure

5.1. Holiday Periods: Please be aware that our office may be closed during certain periods for annual leave. Notifications of these closures will be provided in advance when possible. Any communications received during these periods will be addressed promptly upon our return.

 

  1. Participant Responsibilities

6.1. Technology Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology to participate in online courses, including a stable internet connection and a compatible device.

 

6.2. Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the course. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

  1. Liability

7.1. Course Content: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our courses. However, we do not guarantee that the course content will meet your specific needs or expectations.

 

7.2. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in our courses is limited to the total amount paid by you for the course.

 

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued enrollment in a course after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

  1. Instructor Led Classroom, Virtual Classroom, & Onsite Training Refund Policy

 

9.1. Cancellation Notice: A cancellation notice is required for Instructor Led Classroom, Virtual Classroom, and Onsite Training sessions. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via email at Admin@spiritstraining.com prior to your class start date.

 

9.2. Refund Policy:

- Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of booking the course, provided the cancellation is made before the class start date.

- Rescheduling or Credits: If you need to cancel after the 14-day refund window but before the class start date, we offer the option to reschedule your training session or to apply a credit towards a future session.

- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the class start date. In this case, rescheduling or credits may be offered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

 

9.3. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your Instructor Led Classroom, Virtual Classroom, or Onsite Training session, please notify us as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

 

  1. Technology Requirements and Responsibilities

 

10.1. Online Platform Access: Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to the required online platform specified for the course. Our courses are delivered using "Zoom," and students must ensure they have the latest version of Zoom installed on their device prior to the course start date.

 

10.2. System Compatibility: It is the student’s responsibility to verify that their device meets the system requirements for Zoom, including having an up-to-date operating system, compatible hardware, and necessary software.

 

10.3. Internet Connection: Students must ensure they have a stable and reliable internet connection during the course. A high-speed connection is recommended to ensure smooth participation in the virtual classroom sessions.

 

10.4. Technical Support: While we can provide basic guidance on accessing Zoom, it is ultimately the student's responsibility to troubleshoot any technical issues related to their device, software, or internet connection. We recommend testing your Zoom setup prior to the course to avoid any disruptions.

 

10.5. Course Participation: Failure to meet the technical requirements may result in an inability to fully participate in the course. Refunds or rescheduling due to technical issues on the student's side will be at our discretion.
